Hello,

I have been having a bit of a problem, it seems like when I look around it blurs then renders, making weird texture. I didn't install a mod and I rather not install a new GTA, if you can help me out I would be very grateful, here is what I'm talking about..

I'm posting all the suggestions; try one by one, not all at once.

-Try updating your graphics driver (In addition: Direct X).
-Remove all the mods.
-Install Stream Fix - http://www.upload.ee/files/2190404/STRE ... k.rar.html
-Re-install your Gta San Andreas + SAMP.

Fixes you can try, are ESC -> Display -> Advanced -> Distance to max, OR, http://www.4shared.com/rar/cZFy8eBh/gta_sa_-_streaming_memory_fix_.html for Stream Memory Fix, This is generally used if you have too many mods, it helps the map render better, and helps the games renders.

Stream memory fix is what you need, if that does not work I don't know any more fix.
