How can I create a faction that has new script commands?

Where would I di that and how much would it cost?

I know groups go for $35 dollars via smo, pretty sure the same goes for factions

I don't think you can create your own faction with donating. But you can donate for a group. Suggest a new faction if you want in General Discussion section or development section.
