Group Slot 2 Disbanded

Group slot #2 has been disbanded permanently. There will no longer be a single hegemonic drug lords faction that monopolizes the narco market in game.

The group has been transferred over into a gang slot and will be resuming operations as a drug distributing faction. However, other gang slots will too be able to obtain and distribute drugs as opposed to just one gang having all the power.

This will create competition on who controls the drug trade in game and will hopefully lead to IC tension and an increase of roleplay.
