Community Helpers Team Purge

The Helper Team is very outdated for the player base that we currently have, we're going to be removing timezones entirely. Joseph & I have decided to completely purge the team, we feel this is the best method; to make it fair to everyone as opposed to picking and choosing who stays in the team and who gets removed. There are going to be 2 Head Helpers at the top of the hierarchy & 3 Senior Helpers, along with the new Asst. Director of Public Relations moderating all helpers below themselves.
