Why cant i access sarp ?

Looks like an internet problem on your end.

First of all, restart your router and restart your PC and re-try, if it's not working, Try to delete gta_sa.set file from userfiles folder (Documents>Gta San Andreas User Files)

Happen to me before its your internet connection.

Awaiting player, 12 hours.

Change your router and then try.

Restart Router otherwise check admin if there is any range ban or something.

gta-sa.set file is just your settings ya idiot

Anyways, Restart your router or Re-install your GTA-SAMP
