And my background check is totally fucked up, can someone explain whats going on ?

He was already arrested for the crimes and has served his sentence while you apparently didn't.

edit; also if you namechange they vanish yh

Because he has done crimes with another name when they've checked his background with his new name it shows he doesn't have any crimes.

If you namechange, theyll vanish

If you change your name, the script considers it as a new person (which it should not, unless you CK and have a new account), this results in their background checks being clean. Although this doesn't entirely mean that they can't RPly check your full background.

Hey, he have namechanged aka N/C, he committed those crimes with his old name then he changed it. The crimes/arrests will appear in /stats but they will be removed in /MDC.
