How it's abuse?

He didn't even warn Avery [ As Avery said ] also ddin't warn Leonado for that.

It pretty much sure, he just don't want anyone to use /newb for mis-information fixes?

He pretty much act stupid. I was giving answers of a misinformation, not abusing.

You should've /pm him instead of using the /newb(ie) channel. It's for a single Question and Answer. Other than that, it's considered as abuse. That's the rule.
