State the reason for your appeal:

A guy asked why it's taking so long for the admins to reply his report.

I told him there is one admin against 72, and it takes some time, after I checked /admins of course.

A moment later Jack Watson said "stop giving false answers there are more admins online".

I am trying to be active on the newbie chat and help everyone, but I can't do that if you have this kind of trial helpers in your team, I hope you will sort it out, I trust you.

Frist of all, the way you answered was really unprofessional " 1 admin vs 72players", that's now you actually get into Helpers Team. Secondly, it was visible that there were more than 2 admins online at that time. Which clearly states that you answered falsely, Jereelle and Desmond were online at that time, which clearly states more than one admin online at time.

If I'm going to be striked for being committed and professional, ADOPR can go ahead.

Now, you may ask that how can he know about Jerrelle if he wasn't actually visible in /admins?
Well, Jerrelle was using /o constantly and was online since long time, so was Nick. He should be pretty aware about whats going on before even answering over /newb.

I've explained myself pretty good, I hope my action is justified and was followed according to handbook.

You warn a player for abusing the channel, just because he didn't make an investigation about which admin is online and which is not.

All I did is /admins, to see who is online, and I responded that here is one admin online. I didn't know Jerrelle was online.

Why would a level 33, ex-administrator, ex-senior helper, abuse the newbie chat like that? Peoples like you make me sick.

You are just trying to screw me up whenever you can, like the FC you opened against me that just got closed.

/admins is the official way you should check which admins are ON DUTY.

I'll take over since Jerrelle doesn't intend to respond any time soon.

After reviewing it several times I find this warn given out for a rather petty reason. Sure he could have gone through the tab list to check the one who the stealth-ed admin was. But it's not really that necessary. Perhaps the player was in a RP situation? Perhaps he was simply busy to check it.

The action Jack Watson took shall be reverted and he shall be addressed to not give out warnings in haste.
