Seems like a m/c but it's up with the helpers on this one.
I don't know about that. If he did /newb /newb /ad and make an IC advertisement as twitter...something along those lines I'd see it as an MC but I believe he did abuse and gave a false answer. Jendrys warn was valid. I suggest you just /requestnewbieunmute and pay the fine. Since I'm low on the helpers totem pole I'll let Head plus decide what to do.Quote:

I don't think it was an MC? was it? Nope. You already abused by giving a wrong answer. You stated that you were going to answer, okay. If you typed /newb double why just you entered it instead of putting your answer? you clearly abused it and we can see it clearly.
Your warn removal will be judged by Head Helper+ now.
I am requesting OP to not post on this appeal until and unless Head Helper+ presents his verdict here or your appeal will be closed without a result.

I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and say perhaps it was a miss click. Is there any way that logs can show his most recent warning, prior to the one that Jendry gave him?
If it was within the same hour(s), then its clear abuse. However, if it has been a while I will go out an give him the benefit of the doubt.

As I am a head helper and I clearly see abuse which is performed by OP so OP is directed to pay his newb unmute, however, OP is also instructed to use /newb(ie) chat more carefully, see before you type and that's all I can say now.
