So, my ENB says that I'm getting 92 fps but it's in slow motion, I turn on waitbusyrender, it stops the slow motion but decreases the FPS a ton.
Does anybody have another solution?

Have you tried restarting your computer?
refresh your GTA (clean GTA) and install the ENB again. if not, you might just be using a bootleg ass enb.
Try to use FPS limit or re-install it on a fresh GTA, if you need any enb just drop me a PM.
