How Much Upgrade Points Does It Take to Get Half Kevlar

I have spent 14 upgrade points on kevlar, whereas one of my friend spent like 10. Still he gets more kevlar than me on spawn. Why? I mean, i get like 20% and he gets like 80% Im lvl 7 and he is like lvl 5. He is not even VIP or anything that would give him an advantage.

You need 50 points in order to receive half kevlar on spawn. And about your friend, he might be using crack to fill his armour.

As far as I know you need to spend 100 upgrade points to get full vest on spawn, you can get full vest on spawn by gambling with tikis.

Yeah, you can get a full armor on spawn by owning 12 tikis and gamble at the tiki store, you might get full armor in spawn and you might not. Your friend might have a full armor in spawn from gambling or he use crack, one of these choices. Not a hundred percent sure you'll get a full armor on spawn from gambling, you might get something else.
