Character Kill Applications

We have established a new system of processing character kills.

You must now fill out an application before killing your character, a senior admin+ will then process your character kill in-game by witnessing your roleplay, and your thread will be archived for record keeping purposes.

This system will help the administration maintain a more organized method of processing character kills, and will also prevent players and administrators from fraudulent activity in regards to stats/refunds.
