i tried to ask him why was i warned and all he told me 'you gave a shit answer'. that's really not professional from a helper and i really think that my answer was okay i did it once and it was fun and now he gives me a warning for helping someone

No way can I consider your /newb as non-trollish. Perhaps it is just the way you responded. Take that as a lesson to not respond to questions over /newb like that. As for the PM that he sent you, as a helper he's supposed to act more professionally. He shall be given a verbal warning, I say verbal warning because he did not straight up insult you. He simply stated his opinion about your answer. Not in a very good way I understand. Thus he'll be given a long lecture on "Acting as a Helper" personally by me.
