Are there any laws specifically prohibiting the sale of firearms?
I know that you must have a weapons license to own one, but you could sell your gun with a weapons licenses if you wanted to right?

I'm thinking about setting up a legal gun show rp scenario and selling illegal weapons discreetly.

Illegal is illegal. Either do it legal way or not.

All I am asking is that is it illegal or legal to host a gun show and can I sell my own gun that I have gotten legally (WITH A PERMIT) without being arrested?

Best you can do is to ask for an RP-wise permit, this is to promote roleplay within the Government faction. Just provide all the details about this business plan of yours.

To widen your rp scene, try and include sapd for the permission request, to avoid someone ruining the roleplay scene that you plan on doing. Tbh, that's what I would do.

Well this kinda clarified it. My question remains though is it illegal to sell your own weapon if you have a weapons license? If not, then consider this answered.

Yes, it's illegal since the license you have is only a permit to carry, not a permit to sell. Unless you get an rp-wise permit, then you won't be able to sell any gun to anyone.

Oh and you'll also have to make sure that the buyer has a weapon's license.

I disagree. The Government doesnt have any regulations like selling permits except for long term established buisnesses like a burger shot, binco etc.

I double checked as well just in case. In conclusion yes it is legal, as long as both parties are licensed weapon carriers and the firearms are legal. This will make for some nice under the table gun purchasing ;)
