Mass unban + changes

Players who are currently banned or pbanned are now able to make a ban appeal and have it reviewed by Executive admins.
In your ban appeal, state which admin banned you and link to any previous ban appeals or relevant information. (Also make sure to add in 'who banned you' after adding the administrators name the [MU] tag - you'll have to type it yourself in meaning of mass unban)

Accounts that were banned for having hacked/duplicated stats will not be unbanned.
If your account was banned AFTER March 28th, your account will not be unbanned in the mass unban.

As in other news;
The FC system will be adjusted to prevent players abusing it.
A change log and progress log of server updates will be made available once the update has been implemented, hopefully before early next week. we then will be doing weekly updates.

Donation Scammers / Money Farmers:

Players who are banned for these 2 reasons can now apply for an unban , but they will have to start with new accounts. The account used in the rule-break will remain disabled.
