I guess I had 2 warning before, which I don't even know of, and when he warned me the third time I got muted.I think I should be unmuted because I'd like to help people on the newbie chat. Sometime when there are no helpers around I try to do it but then I remember I'm muted.

Additional Information:

Like I stated above, I didn't know I had 2 warning already, so when the helper warned me I just got muted.
