Here i came to this server after one month i had a car named Flash i had extra keys,alarm,number plate when i came i didn't saw my car at the car position where the last time i parked there were the commands /v cars to display your vehicles i did then they told me that i don't own a car! what type of hell is this man com'on i don't like these types of jokes please me out refund me!

Hey, this section is for GFX related Q/A only, I've moved it to the correct section for you and altered the prefix.

Sorry to hear your vehicle has been bugged, we've undergone a few recent updates and Administration/Developers have apologised and informed us that vehicle bugs are quite likely within these recent updates, I have a few solutions for you that you can try below.

• Log back into the server, use /admins to check if any Administrators are online, if there's a Junior+ online then go ahead and use /report. Ask the administrator if they could check your account for any vehicles or attempt to teleport your vehicle to you, this has worked in the past to my knowledge.
• The next solution, probably your final chance, click here and create a Game Related Request (GRR) Explain your problem thoroughly as you did here, and wait for an Administrator to respond. Once the GRR has been approved, you can go ahead and /report for an Administrator in-game to refund your vehicle.

A few things to note, if you have any screenshots of the vehicle and/or proof of ownership such as /myvehs or /stats or /lock screenshots/videos, you may want to get them together now as you'll most likely need them for the GRR to prove you own the vehicle in order for it to be refunded and unbugged.

Also please note that lack of proof may result in your vehicle being lost and I apologise for that on behalf of the developers, since a flash is relatively cheap, I'll personally purchase a Flash for you back if you fail to retrieve any proof or Administrators deny your game related request, private message me if this happens.

If you have any kind of evidence that proves that you had such things, you can make a GRR (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=91) and you'll have it refunded by admins once it's approved, if you don't have evidence you can always try to contact an admin in-game for your lost items and try your luck by making a GRR.
