It is kind of vague. Which one did you reinstall? SA-MP, GTA SA or both?

Did you try deleting the server from your favorites and readd again?

I remember that I had the same issue one day. Perhaps you need to reinstall your windows maybe? Try reinstalling your SAMP mirror client.

What's your operating system?
Does single player work?
Do you have any modifications installed? Please list any, even very minuscule modifications.
What suggestions have you tried so far?

Third... I have a mod called: HD Roads (using a modloader)
Fourth.. I tried to restart my gaming PC, doesn't work.. I even reinstall GTA SA with SAMP.. It doesn't works.. Even I installed DirectX 9.. Still not works..

Do you get a large box containing crash information after the game crashes? It's also worth noting when it crashes exactly (before the load screen, during the load screen, when connecting("connecting to...").

use this just place the file in your gta folder and open your gta sa offline first as administrator then it's working for sure 100 percent guaranteed no doubt mate im serious please no warn i am serious to help

Make a GRR and ask for an admin to prison you for 1 minute. It should fix the problem
