In some section the posts only allow 'Laugh', 'Wtf' and 'Hate or Thank'.

The reason is pretty simple. You need to increase your post count to a specific number before you can like / thank / dislike any thread or comment. I'm not exactly sure what the post count must be but my best guess is it's 20-30.
