You can also try Dxtory which eats lesser resources unlike Bandicam. But, hey! It's all about the settings that fits right to your system.

I can suggest you some cool recording softwares that you can get, they wont cause FPS drop as far as I tried
1) Bandicam - a good software that is free to download.
2) Shadowplay - A great recording software for NVIDIA users only.
3) Action! - A good game capture software that you will have to buy, its great.

Try Action (you will need to spend atleast 5 hours to find a proper crack for it as it is very hard to crack it) or OBS (which you will need to setup with the proper settings to get good quality and good FPS while recording it)

OBS shouldn't necessarily lag you if you have the proper options set and can still produce a video with good quality. Additionally, if you have AMD or NVidia, you can use ShadowPlay or Relive which shouldn't lag too much either.
