Make a ban appeal and know the reason of banned, seems like a bug. You can ask them through pm/vm instead of making a ban appeal, it's up to you. Try turning our internet off and turn it on and check if you're still banned or not.

I'm not sure what the real issue is. Try re-installing SAMP. However before you re-install try pausing right when the game loads up and the blue sky shows. Like hit "Esc" right when it pops up. Wait for 10-15 seconds and resume. Hopefully it'll fix your problem.

Hello there,
It happened once to me, all I did was restarting my router and restarting SAMP but you can try to delete SARP from your server list and adding it again, if the problem still happens try logging with another name and post here with how it went.

Remove the SA-RP IP Address on the SAMP list, and your name. Reinstall your SA-MP, and then turn off your computer and restart your routher.
