You can't just have 'question' as your title, you need to be specific on what your question is.

You can contact a judge or the judicial department if you'd like to appeal the charges, however that's completely an in-character situation and you'll have to peruse that with your character.

The charges will go inactive automatically after so long, so your options are to either try and appeal the charges in court (which will be very hard without solid evidence of you not committing those said crimes) or simply wait it out until they're not active anymore.
