GTA SA corrupt file, missing .dll

Hi guys, my issue is when I extract the GTA San Andreas file to my desktop, it says Corrupt file.
Though it lets me proceed. When I download SAMP in the folder everything is done. However it starts saying missing: vogg.dll ogg.dll vogetudhks.dll. It says strange and weird .dll files I need to download. I've downloaded the standards though it comes up with strange new .dll.

My GTA was working fine, until I deleted it. Now I'm re-installing though it says corrupt file (which it normally doesn't say) I was using the same file when I was re-installing for ENB's.
