    Your Question:
    When I'm on TS3, the voice of the person speaking isn't reaching to me properly. I mean like the voice comes like this > "H..i..e..g..uy...o..w.. yo..u" while the person is trying to say > "Hi how are you". It says bad connection but last year it used to work properly and my connection was fine. If the problem is in my connection, is there any way to fix it? Please help me, I need it for PD.

    Tell me what country are you from, does this happen only to your voice?

    Actually just run speedtest. (since we need to know the upload speed)

    I'm talking about the other ppl talking (Not me). I did not try to talk on it.

    Upload speed: 3.86mbps Download speed: 44.6mbps

    I tried another website and these are the results:
    47.99 = Download speed and 9.92 = Upload speed.

    ping the ip of the ts3 server youre connecting to. looks like lag that causes the stuttering and/or processor problems

    I usually have around 250 ping in TS. So I'll need to know what your usual ping is. It definitely has to do with your internet speed. However you know golden rule. If it doesn't work. Then re-install it. Awaiting player for his response.

    A good diagnosis of the problem can be done by firstly checking your connection quality (signal icon on the bottom-right of the TeamSpeak3 window, resembles that of the Wi-Fi symbol) then start up task manager while running TS3, and navigate to the processor state (performance tab for Win 10) and see if you are at peak CPU/RAM usage, if not, then it could be a hardware issue either you or the other person.

    Do you experience lags/stutters while TS3 is running?

    Aser, try jumping into the settings panel of TS3 and look for the playback/audio tab then ensure you have the correct device set. If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas so I'll leave it for the rest of the community to voice out their suggestions.
