not chat i mean everything that display in screen like money radar etc

The default HUD can be easily disabled by pressing the F7 key. Several c-hud mods, if not all, do not get disabled by pressing the F7 key. The only way to disable a modded hud (most likely the CLEO ones) is to uninstall them and revert to the original GTA SA HUD that you can turn off by the said button.

If you can provide a screenshot or two displaying the results after hitting F7 twice (chat off) then I could make further suggestions. As for now, I don't understand why your HUD (if it's default as you claim) does not disappear when you press that button.

Do you use other cleo mods that adds to your HUD? (e.g. location names, car names, hp/armor counters, custom speedos, etc)

Weird, as the default HUD does not show the clock time when running SAMP (if I'm not mistaken). Could you double check your game directory?

Try looking for a backup of the default hud.txd over the internet and see if it works.
