    Because it's currently bugged and admins want to avoid players being able to get it. Just wait patiently until a developers fixes the bug and makes it available again for the players.

    The bug is when your detective, you can /find without waiting the minimum time. It was bugged and players abused it, so now they're trying to fix it.
