Well you need to download windows7 or buy it from the official microsoft website, hmu on skype and I will send you a couple of torrent links.
When you will install windows7 it will ask you if you want to keep the original files and OS, you just select an option to overwrite and reset the current one, it will start installing for a couple of minutes and then voila! You are done!
