Sounds like a power supply issue but answer the following:
Did you download the latest version of your GPU driver?
Has your PC worked properly before or was it always like this since you got it?

Maybe it's software incompatibility or a hardware malfunction (weak memory module, motherboard, bad power supply) and that's why your computer keeps rebooting every ten minutes. As you said, it's a brand new one but you should review its recovery settings, BIOS problem or possibly overheating. Try to watch these videos and maybe you can fix it yourself;
