Try download​ the clean version with CD (.Iso) and flash it using Daemon tools or PowerISO

But there's some few people who has already installed some mods, edited the game files and more even you've installed it and never change it.

So... I would recommend to use buy the game or download a "clean folder" (an .iso file) then, flash it using PowerISO.
