Be sure to view the README.txt (or similar) file that should indicate details about the ENB installation and operation. Most ENBs differ in regards to controls esp. when made by different people.

sall good but yea, f11 does not work and it doesnt say anything about how to open it in the readme

Try to reinstall it and read the readme.txt then follow the controls and installation instruction.
