Are handling.cfg ( i think thats the file name) allowed to help me Drift? Also whats wrong with drift cleos?

Yes. handling.cfg is the file that causes the alteration of vehicle data like speed, brake etc. However if you edit it it'll only give you the advantage of the edition. So I suggest you don't do that. Same with the drifting cleo mod. You get advantage over other players and thus those are not allowed as well.

Almost all mods that are associated with that gives you an advantage over other players. However, if you do find one that does not, I guess you may.

It might give you advantage with driving e.g. escaping the cops easier etc..
rules clearly state that ANY modfication that gives you any advantage over other players is not allowed and could lead to a ban.

As far as I know, modifying handling.cfg doesn't give you advantage to other players. Just like in gta3.img, players won't even see your modded ped/vehicle skins. Same as handling.cfg and other files under data folder. With drift cleo mod, pretty sure it can be seen by other players. Personally, I use car mods with modified handling.cfg because they come with it.

Just try to get more info on whether the mod gives you an advantage over other players and try to get the input of an admin or two.
