It's not bugged there's simply a limit of what we can use especially on SARP since all areas are overloaded with objects. There's a limit because of lagg and crashes that can occur.

There is a proper object limit which you can use. Check mapping section and check mapping information thread which tells you about packages and object limits according to donation package.
