Try restarting your SAMP client, restarting your internet and then restarting your PC. Try them in that order and then come back to us if that didn't work.

(By this I mean try the first then try connect, second then try connect etc)

Try to connect SAMP again along with internet router. Wait around 10-15minutes and try. If it doesn't work then reinstalling SAMP will hopefully work for you.

u should delete ur gta and reinstall it, it happend to me and when i did it, it worked

The only problem here is your internet. Do you have ping on any other servers, or can you connect to it?

I get this often. If the solutions above doesn't help, try this method.

1. Remove the server from your favorite list.
2. Close SA-MP and all applications that use the internet.
3. Turn off your router.
4. Once your router turns off, immediately turn it back on.
5. If step number 4 doesn't work, repeat everything except for step number 4. What you do is, you turn off your router and instead of immediately turning it back on, you wait for 1 - 5 minutes.
6. If that doesn't work, keep repeating.

I hope this helps you out bud'. I know this seems to be a lengthy process, but since it helped me out. I'm sure that it'd help you out!
