I run gta sa with win10 without any problems. Perhaps you should install directx that comes with the game.

Yeah, try letting your windows search online for solutions which will eventually go to the directx software and installs it, at least that's what I did.

Try Re-install the directx 9.0 and set gta-sa to run Windows Vista or Windows XP (Right Click on gta-sa.exe>Properties>Compatibility>Click the box at the first>And Save changes)

By doing some research, I think this will help by going to your user files folder, then deleting the "gta_sa.set" file and try to run the game. It'll run some checks, helping the game detect your hardware and put a new gta_sa.set into the folder.

The best solution for me that worked is simply install s0beit and it'll download and install the correct directx needed. After that feel free to delete the s0beit and enjoy the game.

Yes, There's a problem in GTA San Andreas on windows 10. I was also having it few days before and I fixed it by downloading DirectX 9.c.
