    Because there are objects/ mappings, like in pizza stacks and FBI HQ
    I hope that our Developers are working to fix that problem (( Respect bug ))

    Your mods man, remove them if you got any and try to connect with a clean gta3.img and gta.exe directory files.

    It helped me when I encountered this issue.

    Orrrrr answer this;
    Does it take you to the login screen then when you hit spawn, this comes up or does it happen before the game even launches?

    This type of a crash is so called total respect crash. It might be due to the mapped objects all around the LS or it might be due to the vehicle bugs as Troy said. We are unsure of when the fix will come but it will be there in the near future.

    I dont have any mods i guess my gta files is lack of something . thats why it crashes

    Well, this is the problem with your SAMP or GTA SA or it's files. You need to reinstall your SAMP or GTA SA to avoid this error possibly.

    You might mistakenly deleted some files on your gta-sa folder. Try to play on other computer shops that has the complete files of gta-sa. with mods or without mods, it's up to you. Play in other computer shop, bring a USB, insert it on the CPU, copy the files, save it to your USB, go back to your OWN computer, insert the USB, save the files on your computer, play SAMP. Done.
