Now, for the helpers. Can I please get a solution which doesnt involve turning off/on router, because thats not the solution. I've stated it that my other computer works but the laptop DOESNT.

This sounds like an issue with your laptop's internal wi-fi connector (im no laptop genius). How does your laptop perform with the internet? Does it tend to download incredibly slow, play videos but buffer a lot? Try attaching an ethernet cord to the laptop's ethernet output and try out SARP like that.

Also; have your dropped you laptop before, or is it refurbished / second hand?

No. You can get this to resolved, I reset my PC.

Sounds like your internet provider sucks.

It's not my Internet Provider for the 1000th time, if my other cpu works well and this one doesn't then why is it my Internet Provider?

nah, my laptop is quite fast tbh, and i havent dropped it before.
