Hi. When I log IG, after a couple of minutes playing, the server restarts and a green message appears: "Unaccetpable Nickanme". Right after I wold not be able to continue playing. I have namechanged and reinstalled the game but still happens. Any help?

Is your name in the format Firstname_Lastname? Like how mine is "Kyle_Young"

Yes, it´s in the right format. My IG name was Tryvon_Royal, I decided to change it just in case Royal was restricted for some reason. I changed it to Pepe_Miranda and still happens.

Try to log in with a new name i.e 'Carlos_Williamson'. And screenshot the message ( if it displays ) and post it here and I'll look into the problem.

I've encountered this problem. Your name is currently occupied in-game but don't worry, it isn't hacked. Something a DDOS'er, or I don't know what do we call with it. Your account is neither logged in or spawned in-game. Wait for few moments, your account will come back.

It seems that the problem was on my internet connection. I can play now without a problem.
