When you hacking on other's Wi-Fi is illegal, And You cannot connect to other's Wi-Fi if you're good at hacking.

I'm not going to assist you in hacking someone's WIFI as it's illegal, I suggest you google for other options plus most places have free WIFI (in the US anyway)

Wi-Fi hacking requires a lot of knowledge to techinical stuff like the device you should use, OS and methods of breaking Wi-Fi security. This kind of hacking takes time to learn the process. Also, beware of connecting to free Wi-Fi network as it may access your details and steal them. If I were you, enjoy your vacation without playing SA-RP.
