Well that would be pretty unrealistic. I'd say going with another name to avoid confusion with the Training and Recruitment division.

It would bring confusion to the employee profiles and like I said, it's pretty unrealistic for having guy to have the same name with another guy. So I definitely suggest you to use another name.
