I swear to god. its not intentionally use my the caps on that /helpme i was driving that time and using caps for me to horn (Imagining something and obeying the traffic light that time )

I approve it but when I /hn'ed him and came to his aid, he was still using caps and was not in any vehicle. He used caps in three posts other then his /helpme and when I warned him not to do so, only then he stopped. This makes me feel it was not unintentional. However, I'll leave it to the Public Relations to decide.
