I don't think so, you are an admin you could have just asked in probie chat.

I'm not an admin, I'm a server moderator and my position is irrelevant in this case.

Versions earlier than 1.4 look absolute shit. Is there any possible way to remove the bug?

If you mean after 1.4, like 1.6 and such then you're out of luck.

You could download txd workshop, open up the effects.txd or particle.txd and try to find the png/wpeg of the helicopter effect/explosion effect and delete it or replace with a transparent imagine.

I've found an effect that works just as good as overdose effects. Appreciate the help.

If that's an explosion effect, you may want to get TXD Editor and try to replace it with the old one, can't really remember whether it is in the particle.txd or PCEffects.txd, moreover, if it's not an explosion effect, then, Ignore what've said..
