You got a virus man.
Best way to deal with it is to scan your PC with malware bytes, if that don't work reset your PC to factory settings.
Worked for me.

Just install a fresh copy of Windows, that's the best shot you have if you got shitton of virus.

Best Recommend is to Install a Fresh new Windows on your computer or scan your computer using anti-
virus to scan your PC if your PC has a virus or malware on it that makes your internet (that connects to PC) makes slow and maybe laggy.

What version of Windows you're using?

Edit: My best Recommend is to buy a new CPU like Intel Core i5 and above in order to not lag while opening GTA:SAMP or GTA SA.

I didn't checked it because I just scanned my PC then I updated my Windows, after I relogged on PC, it started freezing however, the internet problem was fixed after scan. Yes, my internet was slow due to a Malware aftet I scanned and removed malware, my PC started freezing and now, I'm resetting it.

Here's a few tips, turn off automatic updates for windows


If you experience fps lag, it could be hardware issues. I had to repair my own laptop fan so it would spin, it was causing massive over heating and lag.

Might recommend to Downgrade to Windows 7 it's because the new features it makes your computer slow or you can disable some of features by tweaking the settings.
