Why is this? Happens when I alt+enter to windowize the game
And why is it that sampaux3.tff causes the game to refuse to load anything be it MP or SP untill I uninstall (it refuses to be removed too, claims to be owned by system) and reinstall in a different directory, rebooting dosnt work either.
No mods. Windows 10.

sampau3.tff is a font file, you have to uninstall it from the windows font menu and then delete it.
Have you tried changing your resolution before Alt + enter?

I have and it dosnt work. Tends to crash aswell now and then.

If you're not using W10 Creators Update then you can use the latest version of ENB from the main page, and force Borderless Windowed.

Strange I had the same issue on windows 8 and on a laptop. No idea whats causing it but I'll do some digging later.

Did you try downloading GTA SA from another site, and then installing it?
Search your computer for any file potentially harming your computer and thus hindering the program from running efficiently.
