    Yes, but after the Creator's Update, the ENBs started to give problems. Either use a new ENB which works, try removing Creator's Update, or downgrade to Windows 7 or 8.

    Use another ENB. It has been proven that Windows 10 isn't supporting all of the ENBs and till now, there has been no fix except for Creator's Update's removal, which didn't work for you. All I can suggest you, is to change the ENB. There are a lot of high end ENBs out there.
