I formatted my PC the other day and lost the GTA: SA exe. file from my SAMP folder but I still have the SAMP launcher.
When I try to open a server it says that I should locate the exe. folder and when I do it says no exe. file found.
If I download GTA: SA and move the exe. game file to the SAMP folder, will it run?

Install this. Or just simply reinstall the game. It will surely work. You can't launch the server because the SAMP Client needs to find the gta_sa.exe.

Downloading the SA-MP launcher isn't magically going to fix you missing game files, unless you're missing something such as samp.dll. SA-MP doesn't support piracy and doesn't provide any game files.

GTA_SA.exe is the actual game, it is what runs and it pulls material from the other files like userfiles etc. SAMP is just a Sub-Launcher and is just another way of launching the game, only for instance, going through the side door which allows you to play multiplayer. If samp cannot find gta_SA then it is unable to complete its task for its existance and it wont work, Its almost like a mothers breasts during lactation. Theres milk there but if you bottlefeed your child theres no purpose for the milk in the breasts, if that makes any sense atall.

I re-downloaded the folder from dropbox so now everything is back.. Here's the new problem that occurred;

Did that, nothing... Re-downloaded the whole thing... Still nothing... Tried running the debug program in the folder and it said I needed DirectX to run the debug program. So now I'm downloading DirectX 9.
Gonna check after it's done to see what happens.

Okay, so I've fixed one problem, LOL God damn Windows 10 features.. Now the game opens, but while the little bar in the bottom left corner is loading, the game crashes.
Tried running the SAMP launcher as administrator. Same result.

How do I fix this part?

Do you have 2 monitors? If so, are you running at x16 or x32?
