    Enb

    Your Question:
Alright, so I used to be able to run the best ENBs out there with no issue at all, smooth and crisp. My PC can handle BF1/DayZ on Ultra High settings no problem, so that isn't the issue.

When I put in an ENB, low, medium, high, it all has the same exact fps drop and makes me feel like I'm in slow motion rather than edgy fps cut, so if I get high enb, gives me, let's say, 10fps, and a low ENB would give me the same amount of fps, 10.

I don't know what the issue seems to be. I've re-installed GTA San Andreas, fresh copy, deleted gta_sa.set or whatever and tried restarting my PC, any methods or resolutions?

try turning on waitbusyrender (either set it to true or change it through the ig menu & click save configuration at the top)

having EnableFPSLimit set to true also caps your frame rate

It helped drastically but now I'm getting this edgy frame cutting, maximum around 25-30, I used to run it with 100fps no prob :/ weird.

I'm not sure if ENB affects the default frame limiter or not, make sure you have it turned off in the GTA SA settings.
