Your Question:
Well I downloaded SAMP and when I tried to get in SARP it said that I need a DirectX version 9.0 thingy so I downloaded it and the direct download folder is on my desktop and when I try to get in sarp it still says that the directx 9.0 is needed so yeah pls help

Look in your GTA folder and you'll see a file called d3d9.dll - try renaming this to d3d9_32.dll and let me know if it works.
