I opened SAMP and clicked Connect and it showed up nothing. Please help me with that.

Yeah reinstall the game. Some of the files that downloaded when you originally installed it were not copied when you restored it probably.

As you bought a new PC, I recommend you to install the Driver Booster to get the latest drivers... Then try to re-install SAMP from the official site web.

As its a new laptop, you need to install the necessary drivers to run the game for you, as it doesn't have the drivers to run the game, the game doesn't respond then.

You can do two things:
- Reinstalling the whole GTA SA I can give you backup files from mediafire(trusted) PM/VM me. Actually this is better because you will have clean file.
- Installing un trusted drivers which can get you verouses, contact me if you need them.

As I said, try changing your gta.exe as that's the major thing that runs the game or try and reinstall your GTA SA.

I changed the gta_sa.exe too but still didnt work. Can you give me link of GTA ?

No. Use Google. We, within SARP community do not support piracy and thus you will need to find the link yourself.

As of the issue. Start a program called "run" and type in dxdiag and flick through the categories until you notice something with checkboxes. You should be able to notice direct x. If it isn't checked do so. That may be causing the problems for you. It was issue to me too and I fixed it with this.

P.S. I've a legit copy of GTA. Steam one with cracked GTA_SA.exe

I fuckin reinstalled the whole game ! Still not working. Someone give me other ways to launch it. Maybe give me the needed drivers for gta please.

You got the links, and as they said, you should try to reinstalling it (gta.sa exe), but if it doesn't works that ain't much we can do about it, to be honest.
