Get new windows with Service Pack 1 and it'll work, It's not working Because your window's Doesn't have service Pack 1, When Teamspeak requires of Service Pack 1.

Well, i have service pack 1, it gave service pack error aswell, when i was installing it, but i fixed it, i have SERVICE PACK 1 when i go to my computer properties.

Reinstall your windows, or check the compatibility settings maybe they are fucked up.

If that doesn't work then you should give windows 7 again with 62 bit.
