I'll try GTA_SA v1.0 US version, I tried reinstalling SAMP client didn't worked, didn't tried on reinstalling whole GTA. I got bunch of mods, was working but stopped working when i installed Dizz Nicca's ENB, I removed the ENB then It didn't worked.

Your modifications deteriorated your GTA-SA, you gotta reinstall the main folder of the GTA-SA folder then reinstall the SA-MP, if you need assistance regarding installing any file of the folders that I said before, PM me.

Reinstall the whole GTA. Happened to me too when I've put the ENB. Make sure you delete the remaining folders and files after uninstallation. Come back and say if it worked.

Reinstalling your SA-MP won't work. Just try to install newly GTA SA and do not use any mod for now.

If you installed an ENB then it occurs, then just reinstall your GTA SA, and it will work.
